BEEF AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. oil
2 lbs. round steak, cubed
2 chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans chicken broth
2 cans beef broth
8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown steak cubes in the oil. Add all ingredients together in a large buttered casserole dish. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and sprinkle with 1/2 cup cashews. Bake 1/2 hour longer, uncovered.
