HAMBURGER & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2-2 lb. hamburger meat
Chopped onion to taste
Chopped green pepper to taste
1 overflowing c. instant rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown meat in skillet and add rice. Mix well and drain. Put in lightly greased casserole dish and add soups. Mix lightly. Sprinkle Oriental noodles on top. Cover tightly and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until rice is done.
