ITALIAN EGGS | |
4 packages Ramen noodles 5 large eggs 1 tbsp. butter 4 packs ramen flavoring (comes with noodles) Cook ramen noodles how you would normally cook them. After finished cooking, do not add the flavoring. Drain the noodles. In a large pan, put the butter and flavoring in the pan. Let it melt. Then put the drained noodles in the pan. Crack the eggs into the noodles and mix it around in the pan. Once the egg looks cooked it is done. Note: You can add your favorite shredded cheese and/or Hormel bacon bits. Thanks and enjoy!
