BRUSSEL SPROUTS KABOBS 
1 lb. beef sirloin, any good cut, cut into 1" cubes
1 1/2 pts. fresh or frozen Brussel sprouts, cooked
4 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 c. oil & vinegar dressing
Tenderizer

Sprinkle cut up meat with tenderizer for 1/2 hour. Let meat set in oil and vinegar dressing. Arrange meat on skewers with tomatoes and Brussel sprouts. Broil 3" to 4" away from heat, about 9 to 10 minutes until desired doneness.
