SWEET `N SOUR BRUSSELS SPROUTS 
1 pt. fresh brussels sprouts
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

With the sprouts in a casserole, mix everything but the cheese. Pour this mixture over the sprouts and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until sprouts are tender. Once the sprouts are cleaned, this is a simple dish. Serves 3-4.
