MOM'S LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
2 tsp. oregano
Salt & pepper
2 c. tomato juice
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef and onion. Add oregano, salt and pepper, tomato juice, tomato paste, tomato sauce. Cook lasagne noodles 10 minutes then rinse with cold water. In a 9"x13" greased pan, arrange layer of cooked noodles parallel; top with 1/2 of hamburger mixture, 2 slices Mozzarella cheese; 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Then repeat this procedure (except for Mozzarella cheese).

Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Add top layer of Mozzarella cheese and bake 15 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Freeze leftovers.
