1 c. sugar
1/2 c. of white vinegar
1 tbsp. of butter
3 tbsp. of flour
2 c. of water
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon. Gradually add water, stirring constantly. Add vinegar and butter. Boil, stirring constantly, until thick. Pour into pie crust and bake until done.
