COCONUT CRUNCH DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flake coconut
1 pt. cream, whipped

Mix together flour, sugar, butter, and coconut. Brown in pan at 350 degrees. Cool.

Prepare pudding as instructed on package and cool. Use 3/4 of crunch mixture to layer bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Cover with layer of pudding. Next layer with the whipped cream. Sprinkle remaining crunch on top. Keep refrigerated.
