CHESS PIE 
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornmeal
2 tsp. vinegar
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all on low speed of mixer. Pour into unbaked 9 inch crust and bake at 450 degrees, turn down to 400 degrees and bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake 20 more minutes. Knife inserted in center will come out clean.
