LOW FAT BEEF STROGANOFF 
3/4 lb. beef
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
1 pkg. instant onion soup mix
8 oz. plain nonfat yogurt
2 c. hot cooked noodles

Slice beef into bite size pieces. Fry pieces with cooking spray, add mushrooms when beef is done. While meat cooks, prepare sauce. Add flour to evaporated milk until flour dissolves. In a medium saucepan, combine milk mixture with soup mix, over medium heat, stirring constantly until boiling. Add yogurt and stir until simmering. Combine sauce with beef mixture and serve over hot noodles.
