LOW FAT GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE | |
1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 c. Lite-n-Sour cream 1 c. low fat cottage cheese 1 c. lite line Cheddar cheese, grated 1 tsp. salt Pepper to taste 1 tsp. garlic salt Parmesan cheese Cook ground chuck in microwave (drain fat). Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and tomato sauce with ground beef in skillet in skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, onions and noodles. Make layers of meat and ingredients in casserole dish. Top with cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese as desired. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
