ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
1 can LeSuer English peas
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
6 eggs, grated
1 lg. jar chopped pimentos
1 c. finely chopped dill pickles
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Drain English peas and pimentos. Chop all other ingredients and grate eggs and cheese. Mix all together using only 1/2 of the cheese in the salad and sprinkle the other half on top of salad. Chill for about 4- 5 hours and serve.
