2 sticks of butter, softened
4 eggs
12 oz. cottage cheese
2 boxes jiffy cornmeal mix
1 pkg. frozen broccoli flowerets- chopped and thawed

Mix together and pour in greased pan.

Bake 450°F for 30-40 minutes. Cornbread will be soft.
