BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
4 beaten eggs
1 stick butter
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 medium onion, chopped

Mix together and bake in a greased 9 x 9 pan for 30 minutes at 350°F. For a 8 x 8 pan bake 5 minutes longer. To double this recipe bake in a 9 x 13 pan.
