1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 lg. box of instant vanilla pudding
1 block of Philly cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 container of Cool Whip
Various types of fruit cut into sm. pieces
Coconut
Nuts (optional)

Suggested fruit: pineapple, kiwi, mandarin oranges, strawberries, raspberries.

Make the cake mix according to the box in a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Let this cool about 10 minutes. Beat the softened Philly cheese with the milk. Then beat in the vanilla pudding. Layer this on the cooled cake. Add your fruit. Spread the Cool Whip over the fruit. Sprinkle the top with coconut and nuts. Refrigerate.
