CREAMY BAKED MASHED POTATOES 
1 env. Lipton dried vegetable soup
4 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp. seasoned pepper

In lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and return to oven to melt top cheese.
