3 c. sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix potatoes, sugar, vanilla and melted cool butter and eggs. Beat until fluffy. Place in a buttered casserole dish. Mix topping to crumb stage and sprinkle on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter/not melted

Mix well together with fingers until crumbly. Place on top of sweet potatoes.
