1/4 c. soft butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. corn syrup
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 (9 inch) pie crust

Whip the butter. Stir in sugar, potatoes, eggs. Add syrup, milk, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Beat all ingredients well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes or until light brown.
