SWISS STEAK 
1 or 2 round steaks
1 or 2 c. chopped onions
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 or 2 qts. of tomatoes
2 bay leaves
Salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Mushrooms

Use Dutch oven or large kettle with lid. Cut steak in serving pieces. Dredge in flour then pound it to pound flour in. Sear on both sides in hot oil. Remove meat. Set aside. Brown onions and peppers. Add tomatoes, bay leaves, salt, Worcestershire sauce and mushrooms. Bring to boil. Add meat. Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until tender. Stir often. Serve on rice.
