DICED PORK AND PEANUTS IN PUNGENT SAUCE | |
2 green peppers, diced 2 carrots, diced 3/4 lb. pork, diced 1/2 c. peanuts 2 tbsp. oil 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar Brown pork in oil. Add soy sauce and allow some of it to be absorbed by the pork. Add carrots, cover and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add peppers and peanuts. Mix ingredients and cook 3-4 minutes over moderate heat. Add brown sugar. Mix well and serve piping hot. |
