1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. peanut oil
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

In small bowl combine peanut butter and water. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well mixed.
