PEANUT SAUCE 
3/4 c. unsalted roasted peanuts
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. bean paste
1/2 c. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
2/3 c. chicken broth

Process peanuts in blender until a meal texture. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Excellent accompaniment for satay, shishkebob, singapore noodles and curried rice.
