3 pkg. Dream Whip
1 angelfood cake, torn in chunks
2 lb. can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1 can coconut

Mix gelatin and 4 tbsp. cold water, add 1 cup boiling water, add pineapple and sugar, mix. Chill. Mix 2 pkg. Dream Whip and add to mixture. Layer cake and pineapple mixture. Ice with remaining Dream Whip, mixed according to package directions. Garnish with cherries.
