CHERRY PARFAIT SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 slices pineapple, cut up
5 tbsp. pineapple juice
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries and all juice
1/2 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Blend softened cream cheese, 5 tbsp. pineapple juice and the drained cherry juice until smooth. Add pineapple and cherries (cut up). Whip the cream and sweeten with the 1/3 cup sugar. Combine whipped cream with the first mixture, then add marshmallows. Let set several hours or overnight.
