CHOCOLATE COOKIE PARFAITS 
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip chocolate non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 c. (14) crushed Oreo chocolate sandwich cookies

Layer cookies alternately with whipped topping in 4 (6 oz.) dessert glasses.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.

Mint: Mix 4 chopped chocolate-covered mint patties with crushed cookies.

Turtle: Drizzle and sprinkle caramel sauce and chopped pecans between the layers of cookies and whipped topping.
