PEANUT BUTTER AND CHOCOLATE
CHEESECAKES
 
1 1/2 c. crushed chocolate covered graham crackers
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips, melted and cooled slightly
2/3 c. peanut butter

Line muffin tins with 24 paper cups; place about 1 tablespoon crushed graham crackers in each cup. In bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Add milk. Add eggs; beat until just blended. Divide mixture in half. Stir half of mixture into melted chocolate. Stir remaining half into peanut butter.

Place 2 tablespoons of peanut butter mixture into each cup and spread. Follow with 2 tablespoons chocolate mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Chill to store. To serve, remove paper.
