BARBECUED SPARERIBS 
4 lbs. Pork Spareribs
3/4 cup Onion, chopped
1/3 cup Sugar
1 cup Catchup
1 cup Water
1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Brown well and drain. Place in roasting pan. In saucepan, mix remaining ingredients and boil for ten minutes. Pour over ribs. Cover.

Bake at 350°F for approx. two hours. Stir occasionally.
