1 c. shortening
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Blend all 3 ingredients with hand mixer until well combined. Put in container (no need to refrigerate). Using pastry brush, spread on baking dishes as you bake desserts. No more need to grease and flour pans!
