LEMON CHICKEN 
6 to 8 pieces chicken
1 whole lemon
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. chicken broth (mint)

Cut lemon, squeeze over chicken, shake chicken in paper bag with flour, salt, paprika. Brown chicken in oil. Arrange in casserole. Add brown sugar, cover with thin slices of lemon. Pour in broth, and put mint on chicken. Cover, bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done.
