STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS 
12 lg. mushrooms
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 lb. butter, melted
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning

Cut stems off mushrooms. Scoop out inside of mushroom caps.

Dice stems, mix with rest of ingredients. Mixture should be very moist. Add more melted butter if needed.

Fill mushroom caps. Place on ungreased cookie sheet or shallow pan. Bake 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
