STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS 
12 lg. mushrooms
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Chop stems. Saute onions in butter. Add stems, pecans, bread crumbs, lemon juice and salt. Stuff caps and broil 4 minutes.
