STUFFED MUSHROOM CAPS 
36 medium mushrooms
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 stick butter, softened
1 clove garlic, minced
2/3 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp. red wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 pkg. onion dip mix
1/3 c. finely crushed corn chips

Remove stems from mushrooms. Wash caps and brush with melted butter. Combine softened butter, garlic, and cheese. Mix well. Add wine, soy sauce, dip mix, and crushed corn chips to make paste. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Place on baking sheet. Broil 3 minutes until bubbly.
