EGGS BENEDICT 
Knorr Hollandaise sauce
4 eggs
2 English muffins
Butter
4 slices ham or Canadian bacon

Make Hollandaise and keep warm. Poach eggs and keep warm. Preheat broiler, split muffins, spread with butter. Place buttered side upon broiler pan, put ham on pan to warm. Broil until toasted and ham heated. Place ham on muffin, top with eggs, and generously spoon sauce over eggs. Should be placed on warm serving dish.
