SPINACH BALLS 
2 bones frozen, chopped spinach
2 lg. onions
6 eggs
3/4 c. butter
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbal stuffing

Cook spinach as directed and drain. Saute onions and butter and add seasonings. Pour this into dry stuffing mix. Add eggs and mix. Add spinach, form into balls. Refrigerate until firm (about 1 hour). Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
