SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen spinach
8 oz. herb stuffing
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. melted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. thyme
Garlic salt
1 med. onion, chopped

Cook spinach; drain and beat well. Mix all the ingredients; roll mixture into serving-size balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve warm. These may also be served with a dip.
