TWO - WAY PIZZA 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water (105-115 degrees)
2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
Vegetable oil
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tsp. italian seasoning
Sliced olives
Chopped green peppers
Chopped onions
Sliced mushrooms
1 lb. Canadian style bacon, cut into 1/2" cubes
Shredded mozzarella & Cheddar cheese

Soften yeast in warm water. Add biscuit mix and beat until smooth. Turn dough out onto a floured surface, knead about 25 times or until dough is soft and elastic.

Divide dough into 4 parts and prepare as above rolling out dough into 8 inch circles. Combine tomato sauce and Italian seasoning and spread over dough. Sprinkle olives, green peppers, onions and mushrooms over tomato sauce.

Arrange Canadian style bacon on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting. Yield: 4 (8 inch) thin crust pizzas.
