1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/4 c. cooked apples
3 eggs (separated)
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. milk
Vanilla
Dash of salt

Makes one eight inch pie.

Mix all ingredients except egg whites and bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake until done. Beat egg whites and add 3 tbsp. sugar. Put on top of pie and return to oven to brown.
