CHICKEN CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. broken cashew nuts
1 c. diced or sliced celery
1 can mushroom soup (do not dilute)
1/4 c. diced or sliced onion
1/4 c. water or chicken broth
Dash pepper
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Combine chicken, nuts, celery, onion, soup, water, pepper and half noodles in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Mix lightly and sprinkle the remaining noodles on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 4 serving. (Double recipe - put into 13 x 9 pan.)
