CASHEW CHICKEN 
10 chicken breasts
1 3/4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
Generous amount of salt & pepper

BROTH:

2 cans chicken broth
2 cans chicken broth
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. chopped chives
1 sm. can salted cashew nuts

Prepare chicken partially frozen. Cut off meaty portion, cut in 1 inch squares. Combine next 5 ingredients to make a batter. Deep fry chicken until light brown. Put aside.

Mix first 4 ingredients of broth and heat until begins to thicken, sprinkle chives (to taste) and nuts. Pour over chicken and have other for Gravy over rice.
