TURKEY CASHEW CASSEROLE | |
3 oz. can Chinese noodles 2 c. diced, cooked turkey 1 c. chopped celery 1 can water chestnuts 1 c. cashew nuts 1/2 c. chopped scallions 1 can cream of mushroom or 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. chicken broth 2 tsp. soy sauce 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. 2. Reserve 1/2 cup noodles. Place remaining in mixing bowl. Add remaining "dry" ingredients. 3. In a small bowl, blend soup broth and soy sauce. Pour over turkey mixture, mix well. Turn into casserole. Sprinkle with the reserved noodles. 4. Bake 30 minutes. |
