CHICKEN CASHEW 
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
1/2 c. broken cashew nuts
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. water or broth
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles

Combine chicken, nuts, celery, onion, soup, water and half the noodles. Mix lightly and put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, sprinkle with remaining noodles. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
