CASHEW MUSHROOM 
1 c. finely sliced celery
1 c. finely sliced onion
4 oz. mushrooms
3/4 c. liquid from mushrooms
Chicken seasoning
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. raw cashew nuts
1 can (5 1/2 oz.) hard chow mein noodles

Saute celery and onions in small amount of oil. Add mushrooms, liquid and soup. Bring to boil. Stir in chopped nuts and chow mein noodles. Put in flat 9x9 baking pan and bake, uncovered, 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees F.
