CASHEW RICE 
1/2 c. cashew nuts
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. water

Saute nuts, celery and onion in 3 tablespoons butter for 5 minutes. Add pepper, rice, bouillon and water. Simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
