HAM LOAF 
1 lb. cured ham, ground
1 lb. fresh pork, ground
2 eggs
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. minute tapioca
1 1/4 c. milk

DRESSING:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

Mix ingredients and form into a loaf. Boil dressing a few minutes. Pour over loaf and bake in moderate oven about 2 hours basting occasionally. Dressing should become thick and syrupy.
