HAM BALLS (OR LOAF) 
1 lb. ground beef - 3/4 hamburger, 1/4 pork
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs, dry
1/2 c. milk
Onion, salt, pepper to taste

Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour (3/4 for loaf). Pour off fat. Pour sauce over and continue baking 3/4 hours (1 hour) more. Baste often.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. water

Cook lightly before adding to meatballs.
