COCO-LOCOS 
2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 c. quick oats
1 c. coconut
2/3 c. peanut butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan. Boil for 1 minute, remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by small teaspoons onto waxed paper. Cool several hours at room temperature. Store in airtight container. Keep for up to 6 months in freezer.
