COCO-NUT BALLS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sifted 10x sugar
1 3/4 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts

In glass bowl, melt chocolate and butter in milk on High in microwave for 1 minute. Stir in eggs; cook on medium for 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Add vanilla and sugar, mixing well. Stir in 3/4 cup coconut and 1/2 cup nuts. Chill until just firm.

On waxed paper, combine remaining coconut and nuts. Roll teaspoonsful of mixture into balls; coat with coconut mixture. Chill until firm. 5 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
