COCO-MINT BARS 
1 c. butter
2 oz. chocolate
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. peppermint flavoring
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts (opt.)

Melt and cool butter and chocolate. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes in a 10"x15" pan.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. butter
3 c. powdered sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. peppermint flavoring
2-4 tbsp. cream

Put on cookies and refrigerate. Drizzle over top 1 ounce melted chocolate with 1 tablespoon butter mixed in. (Green food coloring.)
