HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. hash browns, thawed
16 oz. sour cream
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
1/4 c. butter, melted
Salt
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix together all ingredients except corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter. Put in large casserole dish. Mix corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12.
