CARAMEL CREAMS 
2 c. sugar
1 2/3 c. white corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
1 c. whipping cream
1 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped nuts

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Cook to soft ball. Then add 1 cup cream then cook to hard ball. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into 8"x12" pan. Cool, cut and wrap in wax paper.
